The most important thing when it comes to delivering consistent quality services is to trust who’s doing it. That’s why at Stratos we hire those we can trust.

Eli Rudikoff started Stratos in April of 2026, hoping to gain the business experience needed to get into his dream college. Drawing on experience from previous business ventures and connections within the Connecticut car community, Eli has provided detailing services across the state of Connecticut. Eli is also an avid car enthusiast, having owned project cars and motorcycles, along with running a car photography page on Instagram, amassing over nine thousand followers.

Eli met Maddie his freshman year of high school, when Maddie sat next to him in Spanish class and noticed Eli’s computer wallpaper, a photo from the Greenwich Concours, an event Maddie had also attended. When Stratos was founded, Eli had gotten familiar with Maddie’s endless support and willingness to work hard and took her on as a proud member of the team.

Eli also met his best friend Lucca going into his freshman year of high school, when he overheard Lucca talking about his grandpa’s Porsche 911. Eli shared his ambition to buy and restore his own Porsche 944 one day. When the ambition became reality, Lucca joined Eli on countless nights in his cold garage getting the 944 road-ready. Lucca’s attention to detail became apparent when fixing Eli’s transaxle Porsche, and when Stratos started, Eli knew who would be a perfect team member.
